Job Description
Matriculated or above qualification
At least 2 years work experience in Customer Service role, preferably in financial/Insurance institutions sector
Customer oriented mindset with a passion to provide excellent service
PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good communication and listening skills
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese
Good command of Mandarin is a definite advantage
