Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to perform the majority of processing transactions (include claims) in an accurate and timely manner
- Handle client's enquires
- Assist in process streamlining and service improvement initiatives
- Perform UAT of system enhancement projects
- Support ad-hoc projects as required
- Secondary, Associate, HD, Degree in Business Administration or other disciplines
- Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
- Highly adaptable to changes with a flexible and positive working attitude
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
