Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Able to perform the majority of processing transactions (include claims) in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle client's enquires
  • Assist in process streamlining and service improvement initiatives
  • Perform UAT of system enhancement projects
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary, Associate, HD, Degree in Business Administration or other disciplines
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with a flexible and positive working attitude
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
