One of our Client, a professional Insurance Solution Company is currently looking for driven Project Manager with solid Insurance industry and / or prior technical management background for Digital Solution, to join their Tech team.

Summary

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, coordinate with development team to understand, and facilitate client’s need fulfillment to respond with the right quality of service;
• Manage and improve customer satisfaction.

Project Management Responsibilities

• To project manage implementation of Health Insurance system to ensure systems meet business SLAs and new project implementation dates.
• Be the face and single point of contact to Hong Kong based client and coordinate implementation with offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure project works are completed on time, on budget and to specification and quality requirements.
• To ensure all audit issues and project risks are managed to meet resolution deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience and capabilities in managing project stakeholders, subject matter experts, third party vendors, contractors.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Relevant certification in Project Management, CITPM / PMP preferred.
• Strong competency in communication, including spoken, written and presentation
• Proficient in English, and able to converse in Cantonese and Mandarin is a big plus.  
• Prior experience and/or knowledge of Health Insurance and Health Insurance Claims Management is a preferred.
  Minimum 6 years working experience, with at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record in leading and managing a team of offshore developers, vendor and contracts.
• High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
