Responsibilities:

• Deliver training program to new agents 
• Manage eLearning training platform 
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance training program
  
• Identify training needs and drive new initiatives
• Communicate with agency leaders on training feedback and new agent performance 

Requirements:

• 10 years of working experience in insurance including agency training 
• Good knowledge of Financial Planning, with relevant qualification is a plus  
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team player, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient verbal and written English and Cantonese 
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
