Job Description:
The incumbent in Transformation team helps to build continuous improvement capability culture in our Wealth and Pension division. He or she will provide support to the Change Delivery Manager enabling teams to operate optimally by identifying and fixing process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform/Conduct Time and Motion study, Process Analysis through Value Stream Mapping. Present findings and results of the Time & Motion Study, Process Analysis etc
- Assist Change Delivery Manager to establish following baseline measures for all the process in Wealth and Pension Business including (but not limited to): SLAs , Average handling time, Productivity, Closure Rate, Reopen% etc.
- Document processes, wherever not done already and get them reviewed and approved with business owners after taking approvals from operational excellence.
- Conduct gap analysis as and when required. Help business implement process changes as recommended in internal and external audits. Prepare the documents reflecting changes post implementation.
- Support manager to propagate Lean Six Sigma culture building in organization. Assist in conducting Lean Six Sigma training. Track and report progress of projects etc.
Requirements:
- University Graduate with min 5-8 years of work experience preferably in Pension industry.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained or Certified (Certification not mandatory but good to have)
- MS Office (MS Excel, Power point, Word, Visio)
- Proven experience in documenting processes, conducting T&M studies, Process Analysis/VSM, Gap Analysis
- Sound knowledge in facilitating and conducting audit (Audit certification – not mandatory)
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Project as a project leader or member
