Retirement line of business is one of the largest at Willis Towers Watson globally, in Asia Pacific and in Hong Kong. With more than 40 associates in Retirement business in Hong Kong, we are a major MPF consultancy firm in Hong Kong.

One of our key focuses is MPF services. As a licensed intermediary, we offer whole spectrum of services to help employers to maximize the value of the retirement arrangement as part of their overall total reward program. 

The Role

On all aspects of MPF services, you will be responsible for managing clients.

• Proactively manage MPF related matters for the clients as an intermediary, including advise compliance and best practice of operating an MPF scheme, address day-to-day enquiries, conduct member briefing sessions, provide timely market and regulatory updates
• Establish close relationship with our clients and prospects to gain their trust and to meet their needs
• Maintain good interaction with MPF providers and work together to address client’s needs efficiently
• Assist in business and prospects development activities and initiatives
• Pass MPF intermediary qualifying examination and relevant examinations under the Insurance Authority, and become licensed as a subsidiary intermediary under MPFA
• Follow best-practice work processes to ensure high quality of service and deliverables to clients and compliance to internal control process
• Participate in research and analysis of MPF products

The Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent
• Open to Fresh Graduate, or with 1 – 2 years of working experience 
• Previous working experience in consulting / customer service / business development of MPF products is a plus 
• License as an MPF intermediary is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building / relationship management skills
• High energy individual looking for a dynamic, growth oriented environment
• Flexibility and agility to work in an emerging market situation
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese in a business context is essential. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
