HOW will you perform in this position?

• Be a sponge to learn the process, bottleneck and pain points of all departments and balance each parties’ interest to maximize company’s benefit when executing changes
• Be an advisor to proactively identify inefficiencies or opportunities and propose improvement plans to all stakeholders in the company
• Be a special force to support strategical decision formulation, execution and management
• Be an influencer to motivate your surrounded to achieve higher and constantly improve our net talent density

WHAT duties will you be responsible for?

• Pick up big picture viewing perspective by acquiring a full understanding on all departments’ practice and cross-functional relationship
• Get your hands dirty to execute and improve front-line work
• Propose, assist and lead cross-functional projects in different scale
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats to advise your peers and top management on tactics formulation

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education in any field
• Strong business acumen and highly adaptive: can catch things up quickly
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• With track record on strong learning ability is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome
