Job Description

• Conduct company, industry, ESG, competitor and market research
• Formulate strategies on how to leverage on government policies to support the long term development of the company
• Ongoing and explore new business development opportunities
• Drive M&A, investment, partnership and cooperation initiatives with third parties
• Run financial modeling, due diligence and legal negotiation
• Proactively search and identify strategic partners and/or technology solutions that could help existing and/or develop new business
• Prepare pitching materials and presentations
• Be the business architect to contribute to the design of the business model of the new ventures. Create a roadmap of the development and/or exit strategy
• Incubate and closely monitor the new ventures and provide guidance to maximize the chance of success and long-term economic return
• Understand various government fundings applicable to our business and assist to apply
• Conduct government lobbying directly or indirectly through relevant industry organizations

Requirement

• 3-5 years experience in corporate strategy experience
• Tier 1 & 2 strategy houses / investment banking / in-house experience
• Detailed-minded. Strong desktop research & financial modelling skills
• IT / technology background is a plus
• Strong numerical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• ESG investment experience is a plus
• Degree from a leading institution
• Excellent in PowerPoint, Excel and writing capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
