HOW will you perform in this position?
- Be an engine to drive the development and growth of the business through different initiatives

- Be a catalyst to the team by bringing in opinions, ideas and insights from multiple perspectives

- Drive company’s new growth initiatives and push forward the development
- Coordinate projects that involve cross-functional teams to work together
- Communicate well with different internal teams such as sourcing, product, operation to ensure things are on the right path
- Participate in cross-functional teams meeting to understand their situation and needs
- Analyze the performance of initiatives and provide improvement plans to different parties
- Develop business relationships and cooperation with key business partners
- Exposure across multiple functions, e.g., marketing, sourcing, business development, etc.
