Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operation
• Monitor the quality of customer service to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Receive and handle customers’ complaint
• Drive sales by marketing and promotional activities
• Control the budget and cost

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in F&B industry
• Restaurant management experience is a must, Western cuisine and bar operation experience will be an advantage
• Able to work under high pressure environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• More experience will be considered as Floor Manager
• Immediate available is preferred
