Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

• Partner with marketing to develop product positioning and go to market strategy
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition
• Keep abreast of the goings-on in the industry
• Collaborate with leadership to define the product vision, strategy and business model
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

Product Management:

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products from idea to product exit.
• Plan the business model, send directions and be accountable for the execution
• Translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
• Research, plan, design and provide documentation of user interfaces and specifications.
• Facilitate and participate in creative design thinking workshops to support the product development stage.
• Work with product designer and engineers to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the product
• Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics and usability findings into designs to enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with copywriters to ensure that content is considered as part of the design process.
• Post-launch performance management, analysis, report and action plan.

Stakeholders management:

• Pitch concepts and designs to stakeholders.
• Short- and Long-Term updates and planning to be shared to the CEO and project team members
• Ensure changes and updates are well communicated
• Closely liaise with product development team in the development stage to collect input and ensure understanding and support for the overall implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical related subjects.
• 5+ years’ solid experience in branded product development & life cycle/ dynamic product management.
• Proved work achievement in B2B environment is a must.
• Medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
• Customer focused.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, result driven with good communication skills.
• Proficient user of IT systems – ERP, MS Office suite, CRM system.
• Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
