Job Requirements:

• University degree in engineering discipline
• 20+ years of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry experience
• Six Sigma black belt preferred
• English as a first language (still the universal language, makes traveling easy)
• Willingness to travel a lot (like 75%, but hey, one perk is the travel to Penang - what a beautiful place to work!)
• Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish as second language would be great (but not a must)
• Engineering background (Electronics is preferred but we're really just after the analytical mind)
• Previous experience in the aerospace medical or automotive industry (must know the grind!)
• Detail-oriented (the devil is in the details, especially when it comes to manufacturing)
