Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for devising the business development strategy and related execution to expand the Companies software business in the Greater Bay Area including Hong Kong
• Buildup and manage key customer accounts and business partnerships
• Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
• Direct marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
• Assess marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA or other postgraduate qualification is desirable
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales & business management in IT industry;
• Proven track records in achieving demanding business target with growth for IT software and services businesses in Mainland China and Hong Kong;
• Extensive knowledge in enterprise software business and it’s related technology and market trend;
• Have extensive business network including clients bases and sales channels;
• Excellent social networking, communication and presentation skills;
• Highly self-motivated and willing to work in a dynamic working environment;
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
