Major Responsibilities:

•          Responsible for overall planning, management and performance of the Group’s business in the PRC Region
•          Oversee and lead all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
•          Research the country thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
•          Maintain strong relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders
•          Responsible for the budget and strategic allocation of resources in terms of capital expenditure and annual operating budgets
•          Provide leadership and build relationships with business leaders to support the company's business requirements and priorities.

Key Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree, MBA or other postgraduate qualification is desirable
•          At least 10 years of management experience in Mainland China
•          Proven track record in growing business in PRC Region
•          Strong capability of business development & people management
•          Proficient in English and Mandarin
