Responsibilities:

• Assist Division Head for efficient operation of service teams in providing professional services 
• Ensure speedy and courteous maintenance / repairing services is provided to customers within target response time
• Maintain a high spirited service team by equipping staff through effective supervision and staff management, job enhancement and motivation together with professional skills
• Attain departmental objectives in productivity and quality of work by supervising, monitoring, developing and appraising subordinates

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering discipline 
• 8 years or above with at least 3 years in managerial level experiences (Experiences in Household Appliances is beneficial) 
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Applicants with less experiences will be considered as Technical Manager
