Responsibilities:

ü   Arrange POS terminal installation and maintenance schedule for the service team on a daily basis.

ü   Supervise customer service team for merchant on-boarding and after-sales services.

ü   Provide service-related performance report to management.

ü   Communicate with external partners and internal counterparts for job related matters.

ü   Inventory control

 
Requirements:

ü   Minimum 5 years working experiences with 2 years at supervisory level.

ü   Patience and detailed mind with good interpersonal skill.

ü   Good problem-solving and communication skills.

ü   Experience in payment market

ü   Immediately available is preferred
