Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and supervising routine repair and maintenance works related to maintenance alteration and improvement of properties
• Co-ordinate with tenants / contractors to follow up repair, maintenance and renovation work
• Attend fitting-out meeting and site inspection, to ensure the quality and schedule of work is up the company standards
• Handle general administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing tender documents, data-entry and record keeping

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years practical engineering working experience
• Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD
• Mature, independent and self-motivated
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
