Position Summary

The business is looking for AVP/VP Sales to spearhead the institutional business, working closely with the Head of Sales. They will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients including Chinese and foreign financial institutions. The successful candidate will be expected to grow our presence in China for FX flow, derivatives and relevant structured products.

It is essential that the candidate has:

• More than 8-10 years of experience 
• Experience in solution sales and flow sales
• Strong communication and analytical Skills
• Extensive knowledge of Chinese client base and international institutions investing in China.
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and functional partners internally
• Proven track record of successful FX client coverage
