Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of operation & administrative functions.
• Ensure smooth daily operations & admin duties of the entire clinics & office.
• Review, formulate and implement administration policies and procedures.
• Handle clinic renovation or relocation & setup.
• Responsible for clinic equipment procurement & maintenance.
• Provide general administrative support to the Company.
• Prepare the regular reports in time.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Solid experience in sizable companies with 5 years in supervisory role, candidate with experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills along with positive and can do attitude
• Presentable with good analytical skills, data driven and excellent business acumen
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills to work across different team members
• Familiar with MS office (Including Word, excel, power point, Chinese word processing)
• Immediate availability is preferred
