•  協助制定公司的短、中、長期發展規劃和專項規劃
•  協助跟進各部門及子公司經營與業務進展
•  公司月度、季度、年度工作總結的整理匯總及上報總公司
•  會議管理，會議通知、會議記錄、整理會議紀要
•  與公司各部門、母公司、子公司高效對接
•  領導交辦的其他工作

任職要求：

•  大學及以上學歷，專業不限，2-5年相關工作經驗
•  較好的文字寫作功底，能夠撰寫各類辦公文件及協助編制工作報告
• 了解企業經營管理的過程及要素
•  具有較強的綜合分析、組織協調、溝通及獨立思考能力
•  能夠熟練運用辦公軟體及OFFICE辦公軟體

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating the company's strategic development plan
• Follow up the operations and corporate development of different departments and subsidiaries 
• Draft various kinds of briefs, correspondences, working reports to the management review
• Conduct corporate meetings and draft meeting mintues
• Communicate efficiently with various departments/subsidiaries of the company and the group
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, 2-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• With excellent writing skills, good expression in both Chinese and English
• Understand the process and elements of corporate management
• With clear logic, organizational skills and strong communication skills
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
