Job Description
Responsibilities :
- In charge of factory daily operation and set up
- Plan and guide the layout, installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of machines and equipment
- Arrange production to meet internal target and customer delivery plan
- Staff recruitment, building and driving the team performance by set up proper KPI.
- Work with Quality & Supply Chain team, achieve quality and delivery requirement.
- Ad hoc assignment from management
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing or Engineering related principals
- Over 10 years' OEM/EMS experiences
- Written and verbal communication in English and/or Chinese
- Stationed in Vietnam
