Management Trainee Programme
HKEP is committed to staff training and development. We are seeking high calibre candidates to join our team through our Management Trainee Programme.

This is an intensive on-the-job training programme in which candidates will receive cross-departmental training to understand the entire publishing and sales supply chain, including editorial, electronic publishing, design and printing, sales and marketing planning. Upon completion of this 18-months programme, subject to performance, candidates will have the opportunity to take up a co-ordination or even a management role in our company.
Requirements:- Degree holders or above. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Strong passion in reading. Knowledge in book industry is an advantage.
- Possess strong planning, analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Being a good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PC operations, such as MS Word and Excel.

此計劃為密集式的在職培訓, 參加者將會接受跨部門訓練, 以認識整個出版及銷售的供應鏈運作, 包括編輯、電子出版、設計印務、銷售及市場策劃。於完成為期 1年半的訓練後, 表現理想的參加者將獲委派擔任統籌工作，日後更有機會參與管理等職務。
參加此計劃的申請者, 必須具備以下條件:
- 大學或以上程度, 剛畢業之大學生亦可
- 喜歡圖書及閱讀, 具備與圖書相關行業知識者優先考慮
- 具備策劃、分析、溝通及領導能力
- 具備團隊精神, 同時可獨立處理工作
- 中英文流利, 懂國語更佳
- 熟悉電腦操作, 包括MS Word及Excel
