Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will report directly to the Founders and will liaise with the Group Operations Director & the Executive Chefs.

  • Overlooking the Sales & Marketing Department for Meraki Hospitality including all of its brands Uma Nota, Bedu, Little Bedu
  • Drives Marketing campaigns for individual restaurants
  • Looks to increase revenue streams for the business as a whole

Job Description

  • Execute integrated marketing plans and strategies in order to ensure accurate and efficient execution
  • Brainstorming and developing marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition
  • Plan and implement online marketing campaigns, for example, company website, social media platform and other online marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute CRM program along with marketing strategies
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc data analysis as assigned
  • Identify and monitor online community trends and potential crisis
  • Research and identify valuable content and use the verified information effectively to engage target audience
  • Execute online promotion campaigns and involve in all social media channels to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Assist in content creation (text, photo and video) and promote via social media
  • Actively work to obtain additional business for the company by creating a strong business network
  • Continuously look for ways to sell better and increase revenue for the company
  • Builds relationships with different stakeholders in order to increase Food & Beverage diversity in Hong Kong as well as improve business opportunities for companies/startups
  • Build and manage their own team
  • Coordinate documentation between all parties in time and in compliance with the Company standards
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Participates in the development of projects as assigned by Founders
  • Implement and maintain control procedures

Personal Qualifications

As an integral member of the Management team, the candidate must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity and humility. The individual should be highly confident in their abilities, creative and detail oriented. They are required to be a consummate team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong drive to look at each opportunity as a revenue driver

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with various high-level stakeholders

· Creative and open to new ideas and approaches. Team player and willing to collaborate with others. Flexible with schedule, direction and responsibilities. Reliable and responsible

· Able to prepare and track budget expenses. Suggests areas for improvement and challenges the way the business is done to keep a competitive edge to the Company

· Pro-actively participate in promoting the Company in order to maximize revenue potential. Drive the vision of the company and adhere to entrepreneurial spirit

  • Minimum 8-10 years working in Marketing & Sales
  • Good communication with local staff and great leadership skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and good presentation skills
  • Speaks English & Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
  • Proficiency in reporting, sales analysis and other analytical duties
  • Pro-active, problem solving and “think differently” attitude
