A well-known European brand is looking for Senior Brand Manager/ Brand GM to manage the existing business in Asia and support the global expansion plan.

Key responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for the Sales Strategy and P/L of the business.
• Establish the development plan and setup sales goal, formulate the execution plan evaluate the results.
• Identify new business direction and channel, and partnership.
• Review the brand positioning and recommend the appropriate action to enhance the brand image.
• Involve in new product development and merchandising plan to ensure the style is fit to market trend.

Requirements

• Degree holder, and working at retail industry for more than 15 years, in which at least 5-8 years at senior management level.
• Experience in high quality apparel, leather goods, watch and jewellery.
• Background from buying, merchandising or retail, and experienced in managing P/L of a brand/product line.
• With international exposures: Greater China and/or Asia region.
• Excellent communication skills and used to reported to Executive level.
• Energetic, flexible, with strong leadership skills, business sense and analytical mind.
• Speak fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
