Job Description
Our client is a reputable US-based MNC with strong presence in Asia Pacific, currently they have over 2,000 workforce around the globe. To cope with the business expansion, they are looking for a high caliber talent to join their team.
Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate, support and liaison with both Asia and US counterparts in setting of company-wide cost rates, standard cost templates, cost estimate methodology and cost quotation strategy
- Lead product cost saving initiatives, value engineering and support sourcing in cost performance KPI set up
- Develop user friendly and simple product cost estimate tool
- Deliver cost benchmark in support of design, sourcing decision at all product life cycles, participate in product cost negotiation with vendors
- Work in hard toy product development from preliminary concept to production
- Bachelors in engineering/supply chain or equivalent work experience required
- 10+ years’ leadership experience in Sourcing/Costing
- Proven track record in negotiating and vendor and cost management
- Working knowledge in understanding of plastics manufacturing processes and tooling
- Exceptional collaboration skills: ability to establish productive, broad relationships and networks internally and externally.
- Good command in both Chinese & English
