崗位職責

u  負責養老市場開發及商機拓展

u  參與制定公司養老產業發展戰略、運營模式與經營目標

u  養老項目的籌建，負責項目前期策劃及遠期運營體系和服務體系的建設

u  負責專案團隊建設與人才梯隊規劃

u  擔任養老團隊的領銜者及對外聯絡人

u  社會政府資源開發與連結

u  建立規劃各種養老專案管理制度，衛生制度，各級人員職責、考核制度、醫療常規及監督執行品質管制

任職資格：

u  大學本科學歷（包含及以上）,有相關醫療養老管理學曆者優先考慮

u  具備長照養老機構管理經驗者10年以上 

u  具備評鑒執行經驗者為佳
