Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently hiring a Director of Services .

Responsibilities include:
Establish a high degree of service and efficiency throughout the Housekeeping, Public Area, Uniform & Linen, Health Club & Spa by managing areas of responsibility.

Monitor, control and manage all expenses.

Variances will be reported monthly at critique meeting.

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant studies.

Strong sense of service excellence.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in Housekeeping at a supervisory level.

Knowledge of Health Club & Spa operation would be an advantage.

Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to proactively improve ways of working and services are essential.

Self-motivated, positive attitude, detail oriented and good team player.
