Business Development Manager / Analyst – Listed Conglomerate

Our client is a listed conglomerate in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager / Analyst to join their professional team. This person will be reporting to senior management and responsible for the group’s upcoming new projects.
 

Job Description:

• Build a long-term strategy for the group through business expansion, starting by further developing Hong Kong business model and commercial operations
• Assess business opportunities for new pipeline products in Hong Kong, engage in market research and analytics to allow for adequate commercial assessment
• Drive business excellence by establishing marketing and sales competency model, drive marketing and sales excellence, and enhance company’s overall commercialization capability
• Building and managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Drive execution of key enterprise-level business operations projects and initiatives
• Provide tactical support to senior management, in particular, on the meetings with GMs and other functional meetings

Job Requirements:

• BachelorDegree from a top university is preferred
• Maximum 5 years of working experience, preferably in business development, marketing & communications, business administration areas.
• Experience in working directly with senior management is a plus
• Good analytical capability
• Strong learning agility
• Strong business entrepreneurial mindset
• Organizational-savvy and excellent interpersonal communication skills
