Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in production schedule and capacity planning, material transfer, machine and operator allocation and production order follow-up to meet production delivery schedule
• Communicate with different departments in production activities
• Handle routine production material purchasing and order follow-up
• Prepare production reports
• Support office administration works
• Follow through the actual production processes by using working instructions, machine manuals and product specifications which may be updated from time to time
• Maintain on-time data entry in ERP system as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Production Management, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Work as a team
• Able to read and write in Chinese and English
• Proficient in using MS applications (eg excel, word) is a plus and familiar with ERP
• Have good data management and accuracy
• Organized, details oriented and good communication skills
• Holding a valid first-aider certificate is a plus
