Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing business development strategies for the Cambodian market
• Develop business plans that suitable for the Cambodian market
• Manage sales and budgets
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
• Work closely with partners and customers
• Plot various marketing activities
• Collect and report the market information and activities of competitors
• Prepare reports and coordinate with various departments to implement projects
• Manage Cambodian business operations
• Organize and mobilize the team to implement the tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Textile / Clothing / Garment Merchandising or related disciplines
• With 10 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing industry including 5 years at managerial level
• Solid experience in all-round garment manufacturing factory environment, with knowledge in Cambodian market is an advantage   
• Self-motivated, excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• 對服裝製造工廠環境熟悉和有豐富經驗；具柬埔寨市場知識較佳
  
• 主動積極，具領導才能及良好溝通技巧
• 精通普通話及英語
