Job Responsibilities:

• Be the owner of designated orders from preparation of order processing to shipment arrangements;
• Responsible for operations flow and production follow-up, maintain regular contacts and coordinate with overseas and China offices for order processing;
• Follow-up with China office for quotation and order clarifications, monitoring of production progress and delivery schedules;
• Responsible for the preparation of order processing, including order checking, order clarifications and the completion of foundry PO & Order Acknowledgement;
• Clarify products specification and order details, review costing and confirm delivery schedules;
• Assist in daily control of production efficiency to ensure customer timeline is met;
• Report production updates, identify root causes and work for resolution proactively;
• Compile monthly report of capacity and production forecast

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Operations, Merchandising, Procurement or related disciplines;
• Around 3 - 5 years solid experience in merchandising or product management field;
• Knowledge & experience in handling orders from sales contract, production follow-up to shipment;
• Working experience from trading firm is preferable;
• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin;
• Good analytical and problem solving skill, able to handle multi-tasks; communicate clearly with production team in China, internal departments and overseas offices;
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
• Mature, independent, proactive character.  Meticulous, attention to details.  Good sense of urgency.  Highly articulate, willing to learn, confident and a persuasive team-player;
• Proficient in excel and system application
