1. Plan, organize and lead the production department to meet the production schedule
2. Work closely with other departments to maintain the productivity and quality
3. Prepare all necessary reports and documentations as per company's Quality Management System
4. Ensure compliance to health, safety and regulatory requirements of all products manufactured
5. Support NPI team to completed the trial run

Job Requirements 

1. Diploma Graduate or above
2. 8 years’ or above working experience in manufacturing environment, preferred gained from electronic industry
3. Related supervisory working experience in production management.
4. Good commend in English
5. Additional language: Mandarin
6. Station in Long An, Vietnam factory
