Job Description

Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for execution of management system audits
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures
  • Responsible for audit reports preparation and audit package submission to SGS HK office for review and decision-making process of certification
  • Conduct in-house and public training, including the related training material preparation
  • Work with project teams in supporting to the development and review of some new products’ training and certification assessment
  • Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales Executives and Account Executives, if need arises
  • Assist in tasks assigned by Supervisors / Managers

Requirements: 

  • Degree or above with 5 years or above working experience, preferably in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems with relevant experience in the agriculture, manufacturing, environmental, wholesales and retails, hotels and restaurants, legal and accounting, public administration, advertising, and/or property management 
  • Capable for audit delivery and execution, as well. Successful completion of lead auditor training in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 / other management systems is added advantage
  • Professional qualification such as registered IMS Lead Auditor / Auditor of HKICA / IRCA / CCAA, RSO / RSA under HK Labour Department registration is added advantage
  • Less working and training experience, or qualification will be considered as Assistant Certification Officer
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, including the written English and Chinese auditing / technical report writing skills
  • Familiar with MS Office and related software
  • Work experience in management capability involving the exercise of judgment, problem solving and strong communication skills with people is added advantage
