Key Responsibilities:

• Keeps abreast of the updated labeling requirement for local and overseas market
• Assures that all product, packaging, labeling and claims are in regulatory compliance
  
• Prepares local and overseas product labels, declaration letters and product information to relevant departments
• Handles import registration of USA following FDA requirements
• liaisons with  internal departments to handle the enquiries from customer related to regulatory requirement
• Maintains regular contact with local and overseas related regulatory authority
• Explains and interprets impact of new food regulations to other plants outside HK
• Manages nutrition data base
• Work along with Nutritionist/Dietitian to maintain and develop virtual network of soy nutrition experts from University, research institutions and industries in HK/China, Sg, Aus, USA etc.
• Performs ad hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience on food/beverage rules and regulations monitoring experiences
• Solid experience in regulatory affairs.  Established network with regulators and scientists in region a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
• Ability to focus quickly on priorities and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Can do attitude with creativity mind
