RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage of order placement and monitor production follow-up with on-time delivery
• Build effective relationships and partner with US office, internal and external stakeholders
• Able to raise an immediate alert when problems arise, provide options as needed
• Work closely with the Technical and Quality Assurance team to ensure all standards are met
• Price negotiation and liaison with US office and factories

 EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE

• Degree holder in textile/clothing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years merchandising experience in sweaters with knowledge about yarns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: English and Mandarin
• Detailed minded, result oriented, proactive approach to resolving issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
