Responsibilities:

• Assist QA Manager to oversee daily operations of QA Department
• Management of chemical, microbiology and physical testing laboratories and testing instruments
• Conduct line inspection, particularly in SOP & CCP, to ensure the procedures are properly executed and evaluate the feasibility for enhancement
• Oversee the product quality improvement (e.g. GMP) projects and food safety initiatives
• Participate in various quality inspections & audits and other ad hoc projects as assigned by the department manager
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of the manufacturing process requirements & products specifications
• Initiate corrective and preventive action to prevent current or new product, process or system non-conformance
• Train up workgroup, QC and line operators by providing adequate guidance and training through different channel
• Manage the quality standards with regular updates on Quality and Food Safety documents, recognition and training system

• University/Polytechnic graduates in Food Science is preferable
• Solid experience in managing F&B laboratory operations and hands on experience in F&B laboratory testing (chemical, microbiology and physical testing)
• Solid experience in Manufacturing industry, Quality & Food Safety Management System standard & setup
• Experience in conducting supplier audit and handling product quality issue complaint will be an advantage
• Familiar with 5S, ISO9001 & FSSC22000 food safety management system
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skill
• Analytical, energetic, self-motivated and proactive attitude
