Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, plan and implement process excellence projects
- Being the focal point and key driver for Corporate Sustainable Development matters, including ISO14001 certification maintenance
- Perform data analysis on key operational metrics and recommend improvement initiative
- Plan and implement operational excellence programs/campaigns to drive operations improvement
- Complete other assignments allocated by superiors
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations performance, process excellence, or sustainability
- Knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or other Operational Excellence skills is preferred
- Good project management, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work well with Excel (Pivot table, formulas, macro) and MS Office
- Excellent in communication, presentation, and ability to work independently
- Good command of Chinese and English
