Job Description
Quality Department, Shared Services provides professional quality assurance services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited (‘CPCS’), Cathay Pacific Services Limited (‘CPSL’), Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (‘HAS’) and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (‘VLS’).
Responsibilities
- Conduct performance check on ramp and passenger services related areas and compile relevant statistics and reports to the Management
- Assist in monitoring ramp and passenger operations service delivery standards of the Company
- Assist in writing up all ramp and passenger services related manuals for the Company and managing the SOP and/or manual library
- Assist in organizing emergency and accident ('E&A') exercise for customer airlines or external organization e.g. Airport Authority, and planning and conducting E&A briefing
- Assist in coordinating and participating in airlines/authorities audits
- Assist in coordinating quality and performance improvement reports/plans in Warehouse Handling, Passenger Services and Ramp Handling sections, as well as with the use of supportive analysis index
- Attend training sessions as instructor or trainee
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in airport/ramp operations, of which at least 3 years at frontline supervisory level
- Sound knowledge in airport and ramp operations
- Have attended Internal Auditor training
- Holding of valid Hong Kong Driving License Class 1 & 2 is an advantage
- Able to relate to all levels internally and externally
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office
