Job Duties:

• Manage FB page & IG and other key social media by creating ads and digital content
• Provide creative ideas in the product display for photo shooting, proceed with photo editing by photoshop & lightroom
• Respond to customer’s inquiries from social media or phone calls in a professional manner
• Handle order processing, including P.O, sales report, and payment settlement process
• Keep track of shipment status and ensure on-time delivery with quality control
• Handle general clerical & operational support, eg. ensure the tidiness of the showroom and stock take
• Outdoor work to Bank if necessary

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma holder or above;
• Familiary with MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Must be trustworthy and with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong interest to explore your career in High-end Jewellery industry
• 1-2 years working experience
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
• Less experience/Fresh graduate is also welcome as TRAINEE
