ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 

•          Liaise closely with overseas clients and China based factories to ensure projects, production and new inquiries are processed efficiently and timelines are maintained. 
•          Develop relationships with key suppliers and manage the relationships.
•          Proactively resolve open issues and efficiently track project status.
•          Work with suppliers to resolve Quality concerns and Production schedule concerns. 
•          Liaise with factories and clients to review production concerns
•          Oversee Product testing process completed by third party laboratories.
•          Travel to both Southern and Central China as needed to oversee projects and suppliers. 

REQUIREMENTS:

•          Experience with Managing Textiles.
•          Preferred but not required, experience in Spandex related materials
•          3+ years work experience as a Merchandiser in with a focus on scheduling and Project management
•          University degree is preferred but not mandatory.
•          Strong command of English and Mandarin.
•          Good communication skills with management and coworkers. 
•          Confident but respectful attitude. 
•          Must be able to work independently but still work well with teammates.
•          Must be able to identify and prioritise responsibilities
