Position Summary:

Supports the Customer Service Manager to handle sales inquiries, costing, quotation, PO execution and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely production, inspection, shipping arrangements and payments. 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Handle sales inquiries in a timely manner
• Process PO, schedule production/inspection with factory/QA team
• Liaise with Sales Admin team to ensure on time delivery
• Coordinate with QA on customer complaints and technical information requests
• Collaborate with multiple departments to propose and implement solutions to customer challenges

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

• 3+ years’ in sourcing, merchandising, supply chain or sales administration in relevant industry
• Experience in handling sales inquiries and providing customer after-sales services
• Knowledge in sourcing and manufacturing of building / sanitary ware products is advantage

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related discipline

Skills:

• Good administration, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, responsible and reliable
• Good English written skills, be able to handle email communications clearly and independently
• Good computer operating skills, especially in MS Office - Excel and words
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• A team player
• Willing to travel
