Job Nature

Working with the Sales and Operations Manager to oversee Archetypal’s day-to-day functions and look for ways of promoting efficiency and improving profit and net worth.

Your Typical Day (5 Days Week)

 Operations

• Monitor and support our teams in operations and documentation flow.
• Working with the director in improving the flow and efficiency of our operations.
• Assist in managing office supplies.
• Working with our Sales & Marketing Manager to maintain our stock level .
• Provide Warehouse Stock List for Sales on a regular basis.
• Manage Stock Take at the end of each accounting year.

Logistics

• Working closely with our sales team to understand their project needs and time frame.
• Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries of our goods to our warehouse on time.
• Process QC claiming with suppliers on a professional and effective level.

 Daily Job Responsibility

• Keep close contact and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
• Coordinate all purchasing and logistic and update status to Sales team regularly.
• Improvise new processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in all areas under operations.

Candidate Requirement

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work independently.
• Cheerful and willing to go an extra mile for the company.
• Proficiency in MS office including Words and Excel.
• 3 years or more of logistics (international & mainland) or similar experience.
