Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to an engage with pre-qualified leads to further identity needs and requirements
  • Manage opportunities with potentially different use-cases
  • Coordinate and perform product demos for qualified sales leads
  • Supplement business development efforts with periodic outbound lead generation activities and customer communication programs in global markets with specific emphasis on financial services and payments.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate customer satisfaction and complaints
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports for the sales team ensuring the accuracy of data
  • Proactively assist with NPD processes (New line forms, pricing set up, code management)
  • Proactively contribute to the sales/order closing process with existing accounts
  • Build positive relationship with all accounts and contribute to good account management by driving solution of day to day customer issues.
  • Communicate with decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Project work: Coordination and management of continuous improvement projects
  • Flexibility in carrying out other tasks and responsibilities which may arise in order to achieve the overall purpose and success of the sales team
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing/business or engineering or life science field
  • Manufacturing related background is a MUST
  • 5+ years' experience in account servicing & sales management, medical devices is highly desired
  • Opportunity management and stakeholder engagement through a sales cycle
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Strong analytical and data-mining skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mentality and a proactive approach
  • Video conference with distributors from different time zone is required
  • Occasional travel to operation sites is required.
