We are a US Toys company located in Tsim Sha Tsui East.  We are looking for a high caliber individual to fill in the following position:

QA Engineer - Toys

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IQC, QA and QC functions including factory audit for quality assurance system and social accountability;
• Assist to lead the operation of China QC team and monitors QC inspection;
• Implement quality assurance programs to ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards (such as ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115 and CHPA ) and client requirements;
• Work with factories to ensure product quality meeting our quality requirement;
• Work with other departments to ensure product design complying international safety standard and retailers' protocols;
• Prepare QA specifications (covering product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans);
• Work with 3rd party laboratories on risk assessment especially for new requirements or directives.
• Communicate with 3rd party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on time;
• Work with factories for sample drawing and submission;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualification & Requirements :

• University graduate in Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of plastic/electronic/soft toys experience in manufacturing industry;
• In-depth knowledge of international safety standard including but not limit to ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, CPHA, etc.;
• Well-versed in GSV C-TPAT, ICTI, ISO 9001, COC audit;
• Good at operation of Windows and Microsoft Office;
• Self-motivated, good problem solving and communication skills;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin;
• Need to travel to China and work with China QC and Project Merchandiser;
• Immediate available is a plus.
