• Drive the development process from initial design concept through bulk production
• Monitor vendor loading, ensure competitive costing & on time delivery
• Innovation of material sourcing and make suggestion on valued engineering/technique improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to track development calendar
• Responsible for accurate data setup attributes into information system
• Maintain very positive and professional relationships with vendors and internal partners in an effective manner

• University or Diploma holder 
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in product development, sourcing & production
• Well-developed technical knowledge of jewelry & metals, knowledge in watch field is a definite advantage.
• Expertise in product development and cost engineering
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative/sense of urgency; demonstrated problem solving skills
• Strong ability to manipulate data for efficient analysis and demonstrate flexibility
