Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer escalations and potentially task force high priority projects from identification to effective closure. Establish, implement and enforce effective solutions globally as preventative measures for similar products, processes and locations.
• Assist the Global Quality Director in the design, development, implementation and execution of Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Assist the Global Quality Director in developing and executing strategic initiatives and global quality programs.
• Develop & execute Global Quality related procedures for regional sites according to the Group requirements.
• Analyzes product quality metrics, audit data, customer feedback, regulator and workgroup input.
• Research and introduce any new related quality requirements / tools / technologies as needed to support regional sites.
• Leverage areas of expertise to improve the effectiveness of regional Quality teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 10+ yrs in multinational companies of leading companies in relevant industry. 5+ yrs in management role. Successful track record in previous companies.
• Strong leadership in implementing and shaping region’s quality & environmental management processes and strategies.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Frequent traveling to our overseas sites.
