Responsibilities:

• Check and input data into ERP
• Responsible for full set of accounts books for Group companies
• Handle general accounting duties include accounting vouchers preparation, data input, filing and perform daily accounting operation
• Handle daily accounting and finance duties independently & accurately
• Prepare financial statement and monthly reports and tax computation
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budget, forecast and analysis reports
• Handle tax filling and assist with enquiries about payroll matters
• Assist in annual audit, stock-take and monthly closing reporting
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
• Provide administration support to Finance department and Administration Department

 Requirements:

• F.7 or Diploma holder in Accountancy / Finance
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience (fresh graduate will also be considered for junior position) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, detail-minded with committed attitude and positive mindset
• Good PC skills, Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, knowledge of PEACHTREE, ERP is preferred
• Good command of Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in Toys industry is an advantage
