What you’ll be doing?

• Ensuring the organization’s procedures and standards are complied with the CAD requirements and operators’ specifications when carrying out tire re-treading.
• Ensuring the competence of all production staff engaged in production by establishing a programme of training, on-the-job instruction and staff assessment.
• Performing the daily administration of the Production department.
• Ensuring the aptitude, product knowledge and the quality concept of the production staff.
• Ensuring production staff understand and follow work safety practices.
• Collaborating with the Customer Services Department to study the best services to give operators from the point of view of delivery times and production planning.
• Controlling of the Production Cost, Conversion Cost and Productivity.
• Cooperating with other departments (Maintenance, Plant Engineering, Safety & Quality, Technical Services, etc.) for the prompt delivery of high-quality products and services to the customer

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 3-years working experience in manufacturing or trading company
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have
  • Experience in aviation industry
  • Immediately available
