Job Description
Job requirements:
- Diploma with 5 year experience preferable in garment/Packaging
- Handle email / phone call from customers
- Keep track of delivery and ensure on time delivery to the customer
- Handling quality issues / complaints from customers
- Arrange shipment and coordinate the orders with warehouse
- Work close with the CS and Sales Rep in US to provide good services to the customer
