Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects, including ERP implementation on all sites including Hong Kong, China and Ireland and working with business leaders on operating models.
• Playing a role of Project Leader on business planning fronts in proactively managing project timeline, scope, governance and risks in relation to future-state business requirements for system development, including associated functional systems.
• Project management  and project risk assessment. Striving  for the continuous improvement throughout the integration requirements with relevant strategic projects or divisional initiatives.
• Conduct system analysis, implementation, testing, user training and documentation on IT systems;
• Interface with customers on system implementation for business systems projects;
• Perform product evaluation, vendor selection, vendor management and procurement of IT solutions / products
• Establishing IT polices and procedures and ensuring the implement.
• Ensure all the contractual commitments and deliverable are successfully delivered by vendors on time and within the budget
• Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Education and Experience required

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 6 years relevant working experience in IT project management with technical knowledge with at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferable.
• Experience in ERP system implementation and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent project management, analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with internal stakeholders and external organizations.
• Occasional travel to operation sites is required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Position may lead multi-function projects and teams.
• Position may oversee the work of service vendors.

Decision Making

• Must have the ability to problem solve in a high-paced results-driven environment.
• Critical thinking skills are required to fix budgeting concerns, enhance productivity or troubleshoot EPR system and program application errors on the company level.
• Reviews expenses for reasonableness and compliance with established standards.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• This position is responsible for reporting that may directly impact ERP systems, data security and program applications.
• Quality of data and accuracy of data
